WCBA Meeting Wrap-Up & Lake Perris Draw
The third official meeting of West Coast Bass Anglers is officially in the books as members gathered to finalize preparations for this Saturday’s tournament at Lake Perris.
The club would like to send our best wishes to Club President Chris Graciano, who was unable to attend while recovering from a recent hospital stay. We wish Compa Chris a speedy recovery and look forward to having him back on the water soon.
Fortunately, Vice President Albert “OG” Medina was tough enough to make the meeting despite recovering from his own surgery.
Members who have not yet completed their Emergency Contact and Liability Waiver forms are asked to see Rory Parker as soon as possible. Following last year’s emergency at Lake Piru, where a member required hospitalization and emergency contact information wasn’t immediately available, the club wants to ensure we’re prepared should an emergency ever arise again.
The club also announced that business cards will be distributed during the Lake Perris tournament as part of an effort to recruit new members. While everyone is welcome, the club is especially looking to add more boaters to help continue growing tournament participation.
