ARTICLE II: MEMBERSHIP

Section 1: Membership limits and good standing. Membership is limited to 50 active members, inclusive of a maximum of 25 active non-boaters. An active member in good standing is any member who attended at least three (3) meetings and three (3) tournaments in the preceding season and has met all applicable participation and administrative requirements in effect for that season. The Secretary will create a list of inactive members who have met any required administrative obligations but have not reached the minimum meetings and tournaments for the previous season; those members will be added to an inactive member list and will not count toward the 50-member roster.

Note: An inactive member can compete only for the Big Boat award, the same as a prospective applicant.

Section 2: Non-monetary participation. This club operates on a non-monetary basis. No dues, fees, or monetary contributions shall be required.

Section 3: Membership approval. Applicants must receive ninety percent (90%) approval from members present at a regular meeting.

Section 4: Participation requirements. Applicants must attend at least two (2) meetings and participate in two (2) tournaments within the calendar year.

Section 5: Age requirement. Members must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age. Minors require written parental consent on file.
